Uninstall Saitek’s “ProFlightFSXPlugin” and “ProFlightInstrumentPanel” via Control Panel. Step 4 Restart the computer. Step 5 Install the Logitech’s FIP Driver first (again, AVOID using 0.8.144.0 version) and follow the instructions onscreen. Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and select Uninstall. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, select the Delete the driver software for this device option, and select OK. When the uninstall process is complete, remove the physical device. The driver should start installing. NOTE: If you get a Windows Security Window pop-up, click Install. If you look in Device Manager, you should see the device has drivers and is named correctly. In this example, the HID-compliant game controller now appears as Saitek X52 Pro Flight Controller (HID). Update the driver for the USB device: 1. Manually update HID and USB drivers for your device 1. Follow steps in the Verify download location section of this article. Extract the driver files, locate and update the driver for your device’s HID and USB devices as described in the article Saitek device driver installation does not complete. Re-calibrate Flight Sim. Either from control Panel or Device Manager I would think. Start/control Panel/Programs & Features or Start/computer/system properties/device manager look for the Saitek device, go to drivers and uninstall.

BTW, there's no 'Dev team and helpful people' - there is only me working on a single, though quite powerful, PC.
Let us first break the problem into small pieces and try to see what we have:
Step 1:

Saitek Yoke Driver Windows 10

You install Saitek X65F device - installed OK.
Q: Once installed, what do you see in the 'Game Controller' (joy.cpl)? I'd guess more than one controller.
Step 2:

Uninstall Saitek X55 Drivers Windows 10

You install vJoy - installed OK.
Q: What do you see now in the 'Game Controller' (joy.cpl)?
Step 3:
Restart the computer - the Saitek device does not function.
Q: What do you see in the 'Game Controller'? Any change?
Step 4:
Uninstall then reinstall Saitek.
Q: Not sure what you see now.
What you describe is disturbing.
It seems that vJoy make some changes that interfere with the Saitek device.
Since the problem occurs only after reboot, I guess that for some reason, vJoy corrupts some registry entries. This usually takes effect only after reboot.
If you have an early restore point for your computer, I suggest you go back there and record, after each step, the following things:

• File: 'C:WindowsINFsetupapi.dev.log'
• Registry Entries under: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSystemCurrentControlSetControlMediaPropertiesPrivatePropertiesJoystickOEM
• Registry Entries under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlMediaPropertiesPrivatePropertiesJoystickOEM

You can also monitor the 'Device Manager' to see if the Saitek device(s) disappear after the reboot.
